All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchanges may be accommodated exclusively in our showroom, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Each piece is crafted with care and intended to be worn and handled delicately. Normal signs of wear, accidental damage, or improper use are not considered manufacturing defects.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Ürünler, İstanbul’daki showroom’umuzdan 2–3 iş günü içinde gönderilir. Kargo onayı ve takip bilgileri mevcut olduğunda tarafınıza iletilecektir.

Her parça özenle üretilmiş olup hassas şekilde kullanılmalı ve korunmalıdır. Normal kullanım izleri, kazara oluşan hasarlar veya hatalı kullanımdan kaynaklanan durumlar üretim hatası olarak kabul edilmez.

İade ve değişimler, yalnızca showroom’umuzda, stok durumuna bağlı olarak ve inisiyatifimiz doğrultusunda, satın alma tarihinden itibaren 10 gün içinde değerlendirilebilir.

Satın alma işlemini tamamlayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
